Sky View Observatory is a Legends Global managed venue. With the merger of Legends Hospitality and ASM Global to form NewCo, Legends Global, we are updating our Privacy Notice to provide greater transparency into how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, in line with evolving legal requirements and our commitment to your privacy.

  • More detailed disclosures about the circumstances in which we transfer your data across borders and the mechanisms we implement to ensure those transfers are lawful.
  • Additional information about the kind of data we collect when you purchase tickets to events.
  • Information about the jurisdictions in which your data is stored.
  • More detailed disclosures in relation to how long we keep your data and for what purposes it is retained.
  • Additional information about the personal data we collect to conduct marketing, including details about the cookies, pixels, and other technologies on our websites.
  • Additional disclosures for residents of certain U.S. states, including California, and disclosures for specific regions or countries, including Australia, Malaysia, and New Zealand.
  • Included more detail about how we safeguard your data through technical and organizational measures.

 

Use of AI – We use AI in the scope of our services, and these systems are monitored and reviewed regularly to ensure fairness and accuracy.
